I can't believe it took me so long to wear this skirt! Well, I would be more in disbelief if it actually fit. It desperately needs to be altered, and not with just a binder clip in the back like I did this morning. This clearly one of those cases of oddball sizing, since I am a solid size 10 in J. Crew and this skirt feels about 2 sizes too big. I would have returned it, but a.) I am lazy and b.) I wore it. This will be my first ever tailored item, if I ever bring it in? Do you get things altered regularly? Do you do it yourself?
In other news, I broke my engagement ring. I lost a small diamond and the prong on the side of ring is broken clean off. So until I get THAT fixed, I am going to enjoy wearing other rings!

I'm awful about getting things fixed and tailored. I'm so going to roll into the tailor soon with about ten things. I've also stopped wearing my wedding ring because I know one of the prongs is about to give way.
